ARI's hallmark program for 31 years has been its Summer Youth Program. The program provides at-risk youth with important career and leadership skills.
The program provides youth with important career, life, and leadership skills training through an intensive two-week academy followed by a paid work experience opportunity.

As one of the few organizations with a summer job program for youth in the state of California, we want to be able to accommodate all interested youth in gaining work experience and job skills. $2,500 per youth ensures that each program participant has an internship experience.
