For more than 40 years, ARI has served the needs of the community. Today, ARI has a budget of over $5M in funding to offer the various programs and resources for the community. In addition to employment services, ARI also offers a variety of programs that will continue to cater to the needs of the community.
At ARI, our goal is to be the catalyst that connects people to jobs and resources that would lead them to self-sufficiency. To achieve this goal, we have designed programs that provide a wide range of benefits to the community. From pre-employment skills training to job placement services, from English-as-a-Second Language to computer literacy, from your first job in the United States to a career change due to the economic downturn, we are sure that we have a program to meet your needs. Our programs are developed, implemented and staffed by individuals who are culturally and linguistically skilled to ensure participation from diverse communities.
